Abstract: OSERS/OSEP PROVIDES A FREE LOAN SERVICE OF CAPTIONED FILMS/VIDEOS FOR THE EDUCATIONAL, CULTURAL, AND RECREATIONAL ADVANCEMENT OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE DEAF. ELIGIBLE PARTIES MUST APPLY FOR SUCH SERVICES THROUGH E FORM 926. USER FEEDBACK FORM (ED 926-2) IS USED TO EVALUATE THE SERVI PROVIDED BY THE LOAN PROGRAM. THE FEEDBACK FORM REQUEST ATTENDANCE AN CIRCULATION DATA.
