Abstract: THIS COLLECTION WILL BE USED TO MAINTAIN EIA'S SURVEY FRAME OF OXYGENA PRODUCERS, BLENDERS, STORERS, AND IMPORTERS AND TO COLLECT DATA ON OXYGENATES WHICH CAN BE USED TO PRODUCE FINISHED MOTOR GASOLINE THAT MEETS THE CLEAN AIR ACT OF 1990 REQUIREMENTS.
