Abstract: AGENCY CONTRACTORS WILL REPORT AND KEEP RECORDS OF WORK THEY HAVE PERFORMED OR ARE CURRENTLY PERFORMING. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS WHEN THEY RECEIVE REQUESTS FOR WORK. EPA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO ASSU THAT AGENCY CONTRACTORS DO NOT PERFORM DUPLICATIVE WORK.
