Abstract: MOTOR CARRIERS, LIABILITY INSURANCE, SURETY BONDS, INTERSTATE COMMERC ALL MOTOR CARRIERS WHO ARE SUBJECT TO 49 U.S.C. 10927 MUST SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF 49 CFR 387 WITH AN ENDORSEMENT OR BOND. THE ENDORSEME INSURANCE POLICIES THEREBY EXTENDING PROTECTION TO THE PUBLIC INTENDED BY CONGRESS.
