Terms of Clearance: This Information Collection Request is not approved for the following reasons: (1) There is no evidence that the questionnaire was reviewed and approved by the Federal Education Data Acquisition Council as required by 5 CFR 1320.11(g). (2) There is inadequate justification a explanation of how this questionnaire has practical utility for the AM FNS, or any other Agency of the Federl Government. (3) There is no legal explanation of how this questionnaire will be funded. It is un- clear who will receive the funds provided by the "Pork Industry Group/ National Live Stock and Meat Board," and what they will be used for. Furthermore, the derivation of legal authority for ARS to accept these funds and provide what otherwise appear to be commercial services for private group that is capable of collecting this information on its ow is unclear. (4) Finally, the survey places excessive burden on the respondents and the construction of the survey raises questions of its statistical validity.
