Terms of Clearance: In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 cfr 1320, this information collection is approved through December 30, 1992. The agency has failed to address outstanding terms of clearance and must do so prior to resubmission of this collection. In addition, recent initiatives associated with the President's moratorium on regulations and the Secretary of Agriculture's efforts under the Easy Access progr are not reflected in the justification. Abstract: AGRICULTURAL PROGRAMS, PRODUCTION ADJUSTMENT, ACREAGES, PRICE SUPPORT INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHICH PRODUCERS CONTRACT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FEED GRAIN, RICE, UPLAND COTTON, AND WHEAT PROGRAMS RESERVE REQUIREMENTS. INFORMATION IS ALSO USED TO COMPUTE ACREAGES AN OTHER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE INTEGRATED FARM MANAGEMENT PROGRAM.
