Abstract: DATA FOR IN-PERSON INTERVIEWS WITH PARTICIPANTS IN THE EVALUATION OF PREVENTION PROJECTS RELATING TO DRUGS AND YOUTH GANGS AND WITH NON-PARTIICPANTS WILL BE USED TO ASSESS PROGRAM EFFORTS.
