Abstract: 19 USC 1552-1554 AUTHORIZES THE MOVEMENT OF IMPORTED MERCHANDISE FROM THE PORT OF IMPORTATION TO ANOTHER CUSTOMS PORT PRIOR TO RELEASE OF MERCHANDISE FROM CUSTOMS CUSTODY.
