current clearance through October 1994. Several public comments
have been sent to OMB regarding the burden and utility of certain
provisions in the proposed rule, primarily related to the
identificati of homeless children who are educationally deprived
and thus Chapter 1 eligible. The final rule shall indicate how ED
addressed these comments, explaining either any steps taken to
reduce burden and increase utility, or the reasons why the
commenters' suggestions are n valid.
