APPLICATION FOR FUNDS AUTHORIZED UNDE PART H OF IDEA. FUNDS WILL BE
USED BY STATES TO PLAN, DEVELOP, AND IMPLEMENT A STATEWIDE SYSTEM
OF EARLY INTERVENTION SERVICES FOR INFANT AND TODDLERS WITH
DISABILITIES (BIRTH TO 3) AND THEIR FAMILIES.

1320.8(b)(3).
