The forms
covered by this ICR are approved for use by the NRC. However, OMB
will carefully review the public comments that are received on the
proposed rule to determine if any of the data elements on the forms
are unnecessary or impose large burdens on the regulated community.
When the NRC resubmits this package to increase its burden from one
hour to its full burden, then the NRC should include a summary of
the public comments on the proposal as part of the paperwork
package.
