Abstract: THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO ACHIEVE A RANGE OF OBJECTIVES WITH RESPECT TO MAINTAINING MARKET PRICES FOR RAW AND REFIN SUGAR, CONTROLLING DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED SUPPLIES, AND MEETING THE INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES.
