Terms of Clearance: This information collection is approved through 3-93 under the following condition: FNS will limit the reimubursement for the focus groups to a ceiling of $20. The payment is to be used to reimbur participants for "out-of-pocket" costs only, such as transportation or babysitting. FNS will also delete question numbers five and six fr the questionnaire for the focus groups.

Abstract: THE INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIS STUDY WILL INFORM FUTURE POLICY OR REGULATORY DECISIONMAKING.
