"Questionnaire for Sensitive Positions (For National Security)."
This will allow concurrent review of the SF 86 and this collection
within t context of the National Industrial Secruity Program effort
to standard ize personnel security forms throughout the federal
government for acc to classified information. The requirement that
the expiration date be printed on the form is waived.
