Abstract: MIGRATORY BIRDS, WATERFOWL, BIRDS, WILDLIFE CONSERVATION, BIRD BANDIN FORM 3-860A IS USED BY LICENSED BIRD BANDERS TO RECORD SPECIFIC INFORMATION ON BANDING DATA. INFORMATION ON BANDING DATA IS RECORDED FROM THIS REPORT AND IS USED TO FURTHER THE UNDERSTANDING, MANAGEMENT, AND UTILIZATION OF THE NORTH AMERICAN MIGRATORY BIRD RESOURCE BY FEDERAL, STATE, AND PRIVATE CONSERVATION ORGANIZATIONS AND THE CANADIA WILDLIFE SERVICE.
