Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 9/9/92 and 9/22/92. I addition, ED has agreed to restore the text to that which was approved for use during the previous clearance of this form. Specifically, ED shall: -- substitute "permissable investment accounts" for "investment entities" on p. 1 of the instructions; and -- indicate on p. 2 of the instructions, in the introductory text for item 8, that the total in line g should not exceed 50 percent of the Endowment Fund income.
