Terms of Clearance: In a previous NPRM, ED invited comments on what information is available that could be used to compare need and extent of coordinatio across projects, since the program statute requires that priority be given on the basis of need and coordination. ED shall address any comments in the preamble to the final rules for this program.Should any revisions be made to that rule that would affect this information collected in this application, ED shall resubmit the package for PRA clearance.
