Abstract: OUTREACH SERVICES PROVIDED BY EPA PROGRAM OFFICES WILL QUERY THEIR FREQUENT USERS ON THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED AS PART OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT (TQM) WITHIN THE EPA TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF AGENCY SERVICES.
