Abstract: OPERATING PERMITS PROGRAM CONSOLIDATES ALL APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS OF CLEAN AIR ACT FOR SUBJECT SOURCES INTO FEDERALLY ENFORCEABLE PERMIT.
