Abstract: LADEN TANK VESSELS OPERATING IN PUGET SOUND, WASHINGTON, OR PRINCE WILLIAM SOUND, AK, ARE REQUIRED TO BE ESCORTED BY TWO SUITABLE ESCORT VESSELS. ESCORT VESSELS (ALTHOUGH NOT DIRECTLY REQUIRED) WILL, IN ORD TO BE COMPETITIVE, LIKELY SUBMIT INFORMATION ON CAPABILITIES OF VESSEL USED AS ESCORTS. THIS INFORMATION IS REQUIRED BY C.G.
