Terms of Clearance: We have approved this information collection package for three years. This OMB approval number applies both to the FY 93 and 94 Visual Arts Guidelines as well as the US/Japan Artist Exchange Program for FY 93. The latter package was inadvertently approved under this number, which had formerly been dedicated to the Visual Arts Guidelines. NEA will separate the US/Japan Program package when next submitted for approval
