Abstract: INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED THROUGH A SURVEY OF SCHOOLS, LENDERS/LOA HOLDERS, AND BORROWERS PARTICIPATING IN THE HEALTH EDUCATION ASSISTANC LOAN (HEAL) PROGRAM TO EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MANDATORY DEFAULT PREVENTION PROCEDURES. HRSA WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO DEVELOP IMPROVED DEFAULT PREVENTION STRATEGIES.
