6-93. OMB continues the existing recordkeeping and reporting
requirements under 0960-0310. OMB is concerned about the potential
burden of the new recordkeeping and reporting requiremen in SSA's
"Payment for Vocational Rehabilitation Services" NPRM. In
particular, SSA must ensure that the requirements in sections
404.2108 and 416.2208 relating to State claims and documentation
requirements for reimbursement of services provided must be
designed to impose the least burden possible on the States. OMB
anticipates that comments from the NPRM will inform the process to
this end.
