Abstract: THE REQUESTED COLLECTION OF INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO ASSIST PARENTS WHOSE CHILDREN HAVE BEEN WRONGFULLY ABDUCTED OR RETAINED INTERNATIONAL PURSUANT TO THE HAGUE CONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE CLAIMS, HEL LOCATE CHILDREN, AND ADVISE APPLICANTS ABOUT AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES.
