Abstract: THESE FOCUS GROUP INTERVIEWS ARE NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE NEW AUTOMATED SYSTEM TO REISSUE FEDERAL TAX DEPOSIT (FTD) COUPON BOOKS. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO EVALUATE CLARITY OF INSTRUCTIONS AND TO EXPLORE METHODS OF IMPROVING THE DEPOSIT SYSTEM IN AN ATTEMPT TO MEASURE BURDEN REDUCTION.
