Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 10/15/92 and 10/20/92. Approval is conditional on ED conducting an analysis of the counts of LEP students collected through this form, vs. counts collected through reporting forms for other ED programs. This form may need to be resubmitted prior to data collection during 1993, depending on the results of that analysis. ED shall complete that analysis, and report findings to OMB by July 1, 1993, after which time a decision on resubmission will be made jointly by ED and OMB.
