Abstract: HYDROELECTRIC ENERGY, DAMS, HEADWATER IMPROVEMENTS, STORAGE RESERVOIR THIS COLLECTION IS NEEDED TO CARRY OUT THE LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 10(F) OF THE FPA, WHICH DIRECTS THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE TH OPERATION OF STORAGE RESERVOIR OR OTHER HEADWATER IMPROVEMENTS AND TO ASSESS THE DOWNSTREAM BENEFICIARIES FOR A PART OF THE ANNUAL CHARGES FOR INTEREST, MAINTENANCE, AND DEPRECIATION.
