Abstract: LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGERS (EM) COMPLETE THE SURVEY AS SOON AS PRACTICAL TO PROVIDE DATA INDICATING INTEREST, AVAILABILITY, EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND, AND OTHER FACTORS THAT MAY AFFECT DEVELOPMENT OF A PROTOTY NATIONAL SYSTEM TO USE EM AT MAJOR DISASTER SITES. THIS DATA IS NEEDE TO EVALUATE THE FEASIBILITY OF DEVELOPING THE PROTOTYPE SYSTEM.
