Abstract: THE NATIONAL SCIENCE FOUNDATION FUNDED A RESEARCH PROJECT FOR WHICH TH INVESTIGATOR NEEDS TO INTERVIEW INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE BEEN TO THE ANTARCTIC REGARDING THEIR EXPERIENCE THERE. THIS FORM WILL ALLOW VOLUNTEERS TO BE IDENTIFIED FOR AN INTERVIEW WHILE PROTECTING THE PRIVACY OF THOSE WHO DO NOT WISH TO PARTICIPATE.
