Abstract: THIS AMENDMENT TO 10 CFR 35 WOULD CONTINUE TO ALLOW NRC LICENSEES TO DEPART FROM THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARING DIAGNOSTIC RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS AND TO DEPART FROM THE PACKAGE INSERT INSTRUCTION REGARDING USE OF RADIOPHARMACEUTICALS FOR THERAPY. HOWEVER, THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD ELIMINATE THE REQUIREMENTS TO KEEP RECORDS OF THE DEPARTURES.
