Abstract: REGULATION IS BEING REVISED TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 2386, TITLE XXIII, OF THE 1990 FARM BILL (P.L. 101-624 AND P.L. 102-142), WHICH PROVIDES FOR GRANTS FOR STATEWIDE PRIVATE NON-PROFIT TELEVISION SYSTEMS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON AGRICULTURE AND OTHER ISSUES OF IMPORTANCE TO FARMERS A OTHER RURAL RESIDENTS.
