Abstract: TO ELIMINATE ILLEGAL OCCUPANCY OF MINING CLAIMS, THIS RULE WILL ENUMERATE THE RESTRICTIONS ON USE AND OCCUPANCY OF UNPATENTED MINING CLAIMS AND MILL SITES ON PUBLIC LANDS. THE RESPONDENTS MAY BE INDIVIDUALS OR MULTI-NATIONAL CORPORATIONS.
