Approved as
amended by DOL's memoranda to OMB of 10/21/92 and 10/26/92 By the
end of the first year of this clearance cycle, 11/93, DOL shall -
1) Assess the necessity of continuing to collect items 6 and 7 of
th form; the numbers of nonmonetary determinations that do not
result fro verification may be too small to justify continued
collection. - 2) Reexamine the justification for how these data are
used, since States appear unlikely to request new waivers, and
determine if revisi of the justification and form is needed. -- DOL
shall report to OMB on these activities by 12/1/93, and submit
revised collection package for PRA review if necessary.
