Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 10/8/92 and 10/27/92. Approval is conditional on the following: -- One-year clearance will allow ED to resubmit its performance report as planned, which shall combine the continuation application with this report and add certain data elements subject to public comment. -- The current performance report shall reflect appropriate public comment on the underlying NPRM; any revisions shall be presented to OM as an addendum to this package. -- Next year's revision of the report shall include data on length of time to complete degree and placement outcomes, as ED has agreed. -- ED shall note, as part of this report, that it plans to collect dat on the names of organizations consulted with under IDEA section 631(d)(11)(F). ED shall note that this data will be used to assist in monitoring, and to examine how States are implementing the statutory requirement for consultation. ED shall ask for public comment on this addition, and shall discuss how the new reporting requirement reflects these comments as part of next year's PRA submission.
