SECTION 942 OF P.L. 101-625 ADDS A NEW
SEC 10(C)(1) AND SEC 10(C)(2) TO RESPA WHICH REQUIRES THE SERVICER
OF A FEDERALLY RELATED MORTGAGE TO PROVIDE THE BORROWER WITH
INITIAL AND ANNUAL ESCROW STATEMENT AND REQUIRES HUD TO PRESCRIBE A
FORMAT FOR SUCH. SEC 10(B) REQUIRES THE SERVICER TO DISCLOSE ESCROW
SHORTAGES. NOTICE PROVIDES INFORMATION ON SUCH.
