Abstract: TELEPHONE COMMUNICATIONS OPERATIONS, TELEPHONE COMPANIES, JOINT BOARD, COMMON CARRIER OPERATIONS, NATIONAL EXCHANGE CARRIER ASSOCIATION' THE COMMISSION HAS A MONITORING PROGRAM WHICH REQUIRES THE PERIODIC REPORTING BY TELEPHONE COMPANIES AND THE NATIONAL EXCHANGE CARRIER ASSOCIATION. THE INFORMATION IS USED BY THE COMMISSION, JOINT BOARD, CONGRESS, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO ASSESS THE IMPACT OF SEVERAL JOINT BOARD DECISIONS.
