REMARKS ENTERED
5/18/93 - By memorandum of May 14, 1993, Commission staff noted
that the implementation schedule for six replacement forms that
were intended to supersede the existing OP-1 had been delayed.
Consequently, the present implementation agenda will require that
the Commission continue to use the current Form OP-1 at least
through the remainder of the present fiscal year. This action
authorizes the Commission to continue to use the existing From OP-1
until such time as the revised Form OP-1 series can be
implemented.
