Abstract: THE INFORMATION FROM THIS PROJECT WILL HELP TO DETERMINE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE OMH MINORITY COMMUNITY HEALTH COALITION DEMONSTRATION GRANTS, WHICH HAVE BEEN IN EFFECT SINCE 1986.
