Abstract: COMPENSATORY EDUCATION, DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN, ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS, CHAPTER 1 SECONDARY SCHOOLS, EDUCATION PROGRAM EVALUATION' INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO SELECT FROM AMONG THE NOMINATED PROGRAMS SERVING DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN. THOSE THAT ARE UNUSUALLY SUCCESSFUL. SUBMISSION IS VOLUNTARY. DESCRIPTIONS OF THE MOST SUCCESSFUL PROJECTS WILL BE DISSEMINATED TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THESE PROGRAMS THROUGHO THE NATION.
