Abstract: UNDER EPCRA SECTION 313, OWNERS AND OPERATORS OF COVERED FACILITIES MU REPORT RELEASES AND TRANSFERS OF LISTED TOXIC CHEMICALS. UNDER PPA SECTION 6607, THOSE FACILITIES MUST ALSO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATIO INCLUDING ON-SITE SOURCE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING ACTIVITIES. EPA MUST PUBLISH AND PROVIDE A REPORTING FORM AND MAINTAIN A PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DATA BASE CONTAINING THE COLLECTED INFORMATION.
