THE MANAGEMENT DOCUMENTS FOR
MULTIFAMILY HOUSING PROJECTS ARE NEEDED BY HUD TO DETERMINE THE
ACCEPTABILITY OF PROPOSED MANAGEMENT AGENTS, ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS, PROVIDE LEVERAGE FOR REMOVING POOR MANAGERS,
AND RECOVER EXCESSIVE MANAGEMENT FEES.
