Terms of Clearance: This information collection request is withdrawn by HUD per telephone conversation between Angela Antonelli, OMB and Kay Weaver, HUD. The request is withdrawn because it is duplicative of another request that has been submitted. HUD erroneously submitted its request for approval of the new CHSP application and reporting forms under the OMB number currently assigned to the CHSP handbook. HUD plans to submit a revised handbook for clearance in the near future and when it does so it should submit the request as a revision to OMB number 2502-0291. OMB is currently reviewing the request for the new CHSP forms and will assign a new OMB number to those forms when the review is complete.
