COLLECTION PROVIDES FISHERMEN WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO APPLY FOR RED SNAPPER ENDORSEMENT FOR THEIR REEF FISH VESSEL PERMIT. THE ENDORSEMEN WILL ALLOW A TRIP LIMIT OF 2000 POUNDS OF RED SNAPPER. VESSELS WITHOU THE ENDOREMENT WILL BE LIMITED TO 200 POUNDS OF RED SNAPPER PER TRIP.
