Abstract: THIS STUDY, WHICH WILL AFFECT THE POPULATION OF THE UNITED STATES, IS NECESSARY TO DETERMINE THE PREVALENCE OF CIGARETTE, ALCOHOL, AND ILLIC DRUG USE. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED BY NIDA, ONDCP, GOVERNMENT AGENCIE CONCERNED ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS TO DIRECT THEIR ACTIVITIES AN ESTABLISH POLICY.
