Abstract: THE REGULATION REQUIRES SAVINGS ASSOCIATIONS TO MAINTAIN DETAILED RECORDS OF THEIR EXTENSIONS OF CREDIT TO AND OTHER TRANSACTIONS WITH THEIR EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND PRINCIPAL SHAREHOLDERS. THE REGULATION REQUIRES THAT SAVINGS ASSOCIATIONS REPORT TO THE OTS ALL LOANS TO EXECUTIVES AND DISCLOSE THE AMOUNT OF ITS EXTENSIONS OF CREDI FOLLOWING WRITTEN REQUEST FROM MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.
