EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS WITH
DISABILITIES PROGRAM UNDER PART H OF THE INDIVIDUALS WITH
DISABILITIES EDUCATION ACT (IDEA)
Reinstatement with change of a previously approved collection
Approved as
amended by ED's 1/7/92 memorandum to OMB. In addition, OM restates
the conditions of clearance for other Part H data collections
regarding a general review of data requirements. Specifically, ED
is currently working with an advisory group and State Part H data
managers on revisions to Part H collections. As part of this
process, ED shall review the extent of current duplication among
these forms, a well as the need for any additional, policy-relevant
data in the futur ED shall draw from this analysis to recommend
revisions to these forms or related statutes and regulations, or to
explain why such revisions are not necessary. The next submission
of these packages forPRA clearance shall summarize this effort, and
shall discuss the nature of consultation with respondents regarding
proposed changes. Preferably, this submission shall be made in the
context of ED's reauthorization package for IDEA, but in no case
shall it be made later than September 1993.

PROGRAMS OPERATING IN THE STATE FOR ELIGIBLE CHILDREN. THIS IS TO
INCLUDE A DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES AND HOW FUNDS WERE
SPENT.
