DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION USES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED TO ASSESS THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES AND TO AID IN EFFECTIV PROGRAM MANAGEMENT.
