AFTER AN NGA SECTION 7(C) CERTIFICATE IS ISSUED, INITIAL RATE SCHEDULE IS REQUIRED. RATE SCHEDULE CANCELLATION IS ISSUED WHEN ABANDONMENT AUTHORIZATION IS ISSUED.
