This ICR is
approved for 71,345 hours. The 3,748 hours associated with the
proposed rule are not approved. Instead this burden should be added
to the base ICR through an ICW after the rule is published in the
Federal Register. This ICR covers the questionaire contained in 40
CFR 125 Appendix A and B. The questionaire that appears in 56 F
2831 is not effective until it is made final through rulemaking. A
burden statement should be included in the CFR with the
questionaire when the final rule is published. If the burden
associated with the final rule substantively changes, EPA must
submit a new ICR.
