This ICR is
approved for use through June, 1992. The scope of coverag for this
package is limited to the segments of the regulated community
listed on the top of the first page of the ICR's supporting
statement: DOE facilities, elemental phosphorus plants, non-DOE
federal facilitie not licensed by the NRC, phosphogypsum stacks,
underground uranium mines, and uranium mill tailings piles. When
resubmitting this ICR for renewal, EPA must be sure that the
package is complete and contain a thorough description of the
reporting and recordkeeping requirements mposed on the regulated
community by this package.
